A Certified C & B Operations employee will transfer of all documentation data from the John Deere GreenStar Display to the Operations Center and/or Apex. This will allow for the customer to work with and share their agronomic data as they see fit. Apex and the Operations Center are tools that allow the grower to view field totals, compare information from prior years and create prescriptions for future applications.

Support Center Plan

The customer will receive access to C & B Support Center Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 10:30pm CST except for nationally observed holidays so they can call in with questions related to precision ag products. The Support Center will have access to tools to solve the customer issue such as: Service Advisor Remote Connection and Remote Display Access Connection if the customer has an active JDLink Subscription. The customer will also benefit from online remote desktop support for their computer software programs including Apex and the Operations Center. This package also provides the customer access to local C & B Operations Integrated Solutions Consultant or C & B Operations Service Technician free of charge for diagnostic calls over 15 minutes related to precision ag questions.

A Precision Ag employee will drive the customer boundaries with a John Deere Gator and RTK GreenStar system to create boundaries and guidance lines for the customer.

A Certified C & B Operations employee will provide training on site related to the operation and adjustment on Machine and Implement specific controls not specifically related to GreenStar AutoTrac, Documentation, Section Control setup and display operation. This package does not cover repair of faulty equipment found.

FIELD OPTIMIZATION

C & B Operations Precision Ag team is committed to making sure your John Deere Precision Ag equipment is working as accurately and efficiently as possible.

A Certified C & B Operations employee will provide a preseason, on site, comprehensive service installing software updates on all AMS equipment, machine controllers and implement controllers. They will also assist with data downloaded from Apex of MyJohnDeere to the GreenStar display, as well as verify and implement machine offsets along with the home screen setup.

On-Site Visit A Certified C & B Operations employee will verify on site that all AMS components IN-USE are operating correctly such as GreenStar Documentation, Guidance, Application, & Section Control. On-site training for operators on GreenStar™ displays & AMS equipment is also provided with a 3 days notice. This does not cover repair of faulty equipment found.

AMS “Turn-Key” Updates

Pay As You Go

A Certified C & B Operations employee will update the GS2, GS3 and/or Gen4 display and StarFire Receiver along with any other AMS controllers on the Implement CANBUS if present such as but not limited to AutoTrac Universals, GreenStar Rate Controllers, App Controllers and more. In some instances, Service Advisor updates are required on machine or implement controllers. If Service Advisor updates are required on the machine/implement for the Gen4 AMS and Display Applications to function correctly, the updates will be billed at the standard shop rate unless otherwise covered by another portion of the service agreement. For example, a quantity of one will update one set of AMS equipment per year. A quantity of two will update two sets of AMS equipment per year – OR – One set of AMS equipment twice per year. 

AGRONOMIC DECISION SUPPORT

C & B Operations Precision Ag team is committed to making sure your John Deere Precision Ag equipment is working as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Agellum Farm Management Software

$2.00 per acre for Rx writing per year per application
1 year of access to CHS’s Farm Management Software, Agellum. Agellum focuses on the customer’s financials and map based prescriptions (Rx) by interfacing with the John Deere Operations Center. $0.75 per Acre. $6.00 per acre 1 time for Rx setup.

Field Connect Data Management Service Plan

$250.00 per Field Connect Probe
Provided through local Data Provider, the customer will receive recommendations on water management and the information that they are seeing on the John Deere Field Connect website. Suggestions for zone management may also be provided.

Field Connect Installation and Removal Service Plan

$500.00 per Field Connect Gateway

A Certified C & B Operations employee will assist with web setup for the Gateway and management zones. The employee will also assemble the Field Connect gateway solar panel, antenna, batteries and wires. They will also drill in the Field Connect probe and create the proper slurry for accurate readings. At the end of season a C & B employee will complete the removal and clean-up of the Field Connect gateway, probes and environmental sensors.
