Support Center Plan
$400 per Farm per Year
The customer will receive access to C & B Support Center Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 10:30pm CST except for nationally observed holidays so they can call in with questions related to precision ag products. The Support Center will have access to tools to solve the customer issue such as: Service Advisor Remote Connection and Remote Display Access Connection if the customer has an active JDLink Subscription. The customer will also benefit from online remote desktop support for their computer software programs including Apex and the Operations Center.
