Monitoring and maintaining nozzle performance is one of the easiest ways to help keep a sprayer operating accurately and efficiently.
- Replace nozzles worn (10% or more) or damaged at the beginning of each spray season.
- Only use the nozzle type that is recommended for your spraying application.
- Calibrate your sprayer regularly.
- Monitor spray performance to catch worn, damaged, or plugged nozzles.
