One of the primary benefits of choosing a 1025R is that it has a standard category 1, 3-point rear hitch. This means any standard implements can be attached. Equipment such as tillers, aerators, backhoes and even rotary cutters can be operated by the John Deere 1025R. The plentiful 18 PTO horsepower delivers more than enough power to confidently drive these implements.
For those implements that run off hydraulic power, the John Deere 1025R has a 7-gallon-per-minute system, with an independent pump for the power steering. This means that you won’t have to worry about steering performance falling off while engaged in heavy loader work.
Making things even easier, the John Deere 1025R is outfitted with an AutoConnect mid-mount mower deck. Attaching the deck is as easy and dropping the tractor into low range, engaging the 4-wheel drive and then driving up and over the mower deck. The automated system will take over and make audible clicks when it’s finally attached. Then all you have to do is reach down, lock it in place and start mowing. The deck connects in minutes, without you ever having to leave your seat.
